Anna Marie Bartley - Director

Michele Crow

We have a very robust intern program; interns learn so much during our dance year. They learn how to teach children of all ages, they learn responsibility and consequences to their actions. They learn our curriculum and how to break down steps for any student. They understand that they are role models, and must live to the DANCE code of ethics in and out of the studio. They learn how to create a bond with students as well as how to talk with staff and parents. Interns experience what makes DANCEnterprises different than any other place. They also learn about the behind the scene items that don’t take place during classes.

Their are requirements to be an intern you have to be healthy and fit, willing to learn how to teach in progressions, how to communicate and more. We work to find what type of person these interns are and use their natural abilities to make them shine as interns.

Michele has been our office manager since February 2010.  She has a Business Administration Degree from WVU.  Along with running the front desk, Michele is the Treasurer/Secretary on the DANCEnterprises Board of Directors.  Michele is also employed by the Nursing Dept. at West Liberty University.
